hunger game cereal bug

cereals do not give any hp bonus even if you are below 50 hp.

It will increase your health only if you have less than 50% of HP, it works fine with me, but I have no idea about Cereal.

at hunger games event? I've tried it. and it's work . it gives you 5-10 hp when you has 50- hp. and no more. you just check your health before and after using the food item...

i've tried that too and it is not working i am pretty sure
