yesterday i was searching in samp host servers and by accident i saw another server has the same name as gamerx it was locked at day but after 23:00 smeone opened it and when i joined it i found it the same as gamerx is that a test server or someone created it?

Yes it's the server used by Matite and me to test the new GamerX versions we are making.
