Well for this suggestion, I've got a notion. I would like to introduce the VC:MP community. This community has been in the multiplayer ERA since 2005 almost accomplishing 11 years mathematically. This community has established long terms relationships with it's partners such as LU alongside and as a matter of fact SA:MP for a while.

    History of VCMP:
VC:MP started in April, 2005. It was decided that VC:MP would be worked on as a codebase for San Andreas Multiplayer, due to the fact the upcoming Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas game was not released at the time the team started working.
After a couple of public beta tests began gathering an extremely high amount of interest, VC:MP was finally released to a warm reception and has since progressed from v0.1 to v0.1d, with an open-source code release in the progress. This source has now been used by another community member to progress with VC:MP as the main team work on SA:MP.
Version 0.3z is the current stable release of the mod, released on December 14, 2007. There is also a Liberty City Multiplayer mod with the same version number, which is designed for the "Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City" mod, which recreates the Grand Theft Auto III rendition of Liberty City using the Vice City engine.
The VC:MP team are now working on version 0.4, however, as of May 2008, there hasn't been a site update since the release of 0.3z in December.

I've furnished the link down below:-
    http://www.vc-mp.org/

That's the official website that you use to download the client, you can contact the developers on the official forum. If you desire to know more then PM me.

Here are some of the videos that might help you know what we actually do in VC:MP:

    Some duel videos:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vcOXd2PaME
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pryeVqfyuNs

It's an old footage in which you may behold the old client but to be fair, the video was really awesome,

Okay, Now switching back the newest patch update of the VC:MP.

Let's talk about the Scripting side,
VCMP as far as I'm concerned can have the Squirrel, C++, Java, And etc. For now, we only have those 3 plugins declared official but you can still make your own plugin and sockets and use whatever programming language suits you the most.

    Requirements:
    • Intel Pentium IV or AMD Athlon XP.
    • 256 MB of RAM.
    • 16X speed CD/DVD drive.
    • 1.55 GB of free disk space.
    • (+ 635 MB if video card does NOT support DirectX Texture Compression)
    • 64(+) MB video card with DirectX 9.0 compatible drivers.
    • DirectX 9.0 compatible sound card with surround sound.
    • Keyboard.
    • And apparently, an Active Internet connection for the client to work.

If you want any further information regarding the subject then please feel free to contact me.

To conclude, now it's up to you guys to decide whether or not to acknowledge this notion. If you do desire to watch something like this happen then please vote accordingly.
Furthermore, If you think that there is an exception since your scripters may or may not know Squirrel programming but we can fix that by recruiting some scirpters to make the server for VC:MP and you can enjoy all the game mods that you behold here at GamerX's SA:MP Server.

I could've had procured the videos with the video tag enabled the reason why I couldn't is because this forum doesn't ratify more than 2 videos in a row/per post.
